I am a transplanted Canuck (who has since become an American citizen – go USA!) who has been married two years now, and loving it, but needed something to replace my wedding planning so I found the only logical solution was to come up with an equally obsessive task: plan to run a marathon. And then another. And another! I am in my early thirties and have recently (in the past year and a half) developed a passion for running (well, to be quite honest it’s much more of a love-hate relationship) and cross-training (P-90X anyone?). In the past year I went from running my first 5k since college to running a half marathon and two marathons. This next year I am looking forward to running the 2010 Boston Marathon as a member of the Dana Farber Marathon Challenge team and raising money for cancer research!
